Before you guide others, you get to come back home to yourself.
Back to your body.

On this first day of Dancing with the Divine, we’ll help you:
✅ Feel safe again in your body — even with fear, grief, or judgment present
✅ Move through your resistance — instead of trying to “get rid” of it
✅ Surrender into flow — so you can be danced by something beyond the mind
When you soften, the Divine Mother steps in. And She knows the next steps to move you through.

The path of awakening Kundalini Shakti is not a trend or technique, but a life-changing process of liberating consciousness, & reuniting the individual self back into the Universal.
It is an ancient science & devotion, deeply rooted in the non-dual Tantric lineages of India.
As the organizer of the event (Ella), I am in reverent study in the school of Kashmir Shaivism, through the Lineage of Bhagawan Nityananda with Swami Khecaranatha. Devoted to respectfully & responsibly bridging the Ancient Wisdoms to our modern day experiences.
In this event, we are not forcing Kundalini to awaken, but coming into circle to revere & honour the Divine—Shakti, the living power of consciousness, moving through our bodies to reunite us with our essential nature as Shiva as pure awareness.
We are co-creating the conditions to open our hearts together & soften, so that there may be a direct recognition of what already is.
The body is the temple.
The breath is the prayer.
The energy is the Grace.
And that there is a ripeness in the heart, body & mind to be receptive to the descent of Divine Grace whenever that happens in Divine timing for each individual.

Kundalini Shakti found me 7 years ago and pulled me into a beautiful, raw, and transformative return to myself and the Divine Mother. It all started with tears in my first Kundalini Yoga class and a deep peace I’d never felt before.
Since then, I’ve trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, NLP trainer, and energy activation facilitator. A Kundalini awakening in 2020 opened me to receive transmissions and study this sacred energy deeply. In 2022, I held my first session for my Dad after his stage 3 cancer diagnosis, and witnessed his Prana-Shakti activate through love.
Today, I share healing frequencies from both my Taoist and Rose Lineage roots — weaving Kundalini, Taoism, and Shaiva Tantra into embodied transmission.
Dancing with the Divine is my heart-offering to help you feel safe in your body, love every part of you, and let the Divine move you — even in life’s hardest moments. This is more than an event. It’s a reunion with the Divine within. And I can’t wait to dance it with you.

Dancing with the Divine is a legendary 2 day holistic Kundalini gathering blending Kundalini Activation, Kundalini Yoga & Embodiment, Somatic Parts Healing, Teaching & Guest Workshops & Musical Dance Party. Together we will bring our shadows and pains onto the dance floor & move with them instead of resisting. We will learn not just how to bring ourselves back into a DANCE with the Divine in every moment of our lives, but we will also uplevel your facilitator skills to help your clients, friends and family open their hearts & surrender more in life.

If you are flying in from outside of Montréal, you will fly into the Pierre-Trudeau Airport, code YUL.
There are no accommodations included with the event. Since the theatre is in the city of Montréal, you can find nearby AirBnBs & hotels for your stay if you are from out of town.
