Great question! In modern times, the “Kundalini activation practice” as commonly referred to, is a lay down surrender-based practice where conditions are co-created so that your inner healer & activator can emerge and your life-force amplified to prepare the body for higher states of consciousness. This process involves the activation of Prana-Shakti energy as referenced in non-dual Tantric traditions, and in Truth Alchemy, this energy is further refined into Shen-Qi (Consciousness-Energy) which is life-force imbued with Consciousness with the intention of transforming ignorance and separation back into Oneness. So in essence, YES, the life-force activation/ liberation aspect part of this training is one expression of out many, in what is usually referred to as Kundalini activation. 

Between 2023-2025, this training was also called the Kundalini Codes Activation (KCA) Facilitator Training, when the focus was more on the frame of Kundalini activation 🥰

In its current form, what is different about the Truth Alchemy Facilitator Training vs other Kundalini activation trainings is that this is a holistic system of consciousness transformation that involves embodied movement, energy/ life-force activation, stillness meditation, somatic parts healing and Truth-embodied coaching. We go WAY BEYOND just “activating energy” and prioritize expanding the nervous system capacity, opening the heart and developing a loving relationship with the Divine in a way that actually sustains higher states of consciousness in our every day vs. just heightened energetic peak states in a session. 

So yes, the process through which you will be leading yourself through and be trained in guiding others in will undoubtedly co-create the ripe conditions for one’s innate Kundalini Shakti seed to germinate and rise in Her Divine timing. AND the context through which we will be exploring this is more through the Taoist Inner Alchemy lens of transforming our finite self back into the Infinite. 

At the core of the Kundalini awakening process, the intention is consciousness liberation and for the individual to recognize they are not separate from each other, this life and the Divine. And to experience non-duality not as a mental construct but a full-body direct experience.

Through my personal awakening journey, this has unfolded through the framework and construct of a Kundalini awakening process. Especially through the lens of non-dual Tantric Shaivism where the biggest “doing” is to surrender to the Divine Shakti. So for the past many years, my body of work has been shaped through the lens of the Kundalini awakening process prior to the Divine Shakti bringing me back to my Ancestral Taoist Inner Alchemy roots to teach from 😍 

So throughout the training, although we emphasize the Taoist Inner Alchemy frame as the main context for looking at consciousness liberation, I do offer a mapping as to how the alchemical consciousness liberation path unfolds in a Kundalini perspective based on my lived experience and years of study.

Taoist Inner Alchemy is a spiritual tradition with its roots tracing back to early Taoist philosophy in ancient China, with teachings emerging during the Han Dynasty (around 200 BCE) and continuing to evolve through different Taoist lineages over centuries. It is an embodied path of consciousness liberation, speaking of returning to our Original Nature or True Self, as One with the Tao. 

The Tao is formless and nameless Source of the Infinite that we all come from. It is the Mother of All Things. 

Rather than striving to push for an awakening or “become” something new, Taoist Inner Alchemy is about refining what is already within us with our essence, life-force and consciousness, until we Remember who we’ve always been beneath conditioning, survival patterns, and masks. 

In Taoist language, this process is often described through the transformation od Three Treasures:

• Jing (Essence) 精 —  this is our vitality, nervous system capacity, and deep reserves of life

• Qi (Life-Force) 氣 — the flow of energy, emotion, breath, and movement through the body

• Shen (Consciousness)神 — our awareness, Spirit, and capacity to rest in Pure Beingness 

The transformation of these 3 Treasures are similar to how Kundalini Shakti cleanses and purifies the 3 Granthis (psychic knots) in the Root, Heart & Third Eye chakras to free us from duality.

Taoist Inner Alchemy works from the inside out in a holistic manner. Through breath, movement, somatic awareness, meditation, surrender to the Divine intelligence within us, we create the conditions for life-force to amplify, circulate, and refine itself naturally.

Specifically in the Truth Alchemy Activation (TAA), the frequency of Shen-Qi we use is about bringing forth what is called Zhen Qi 真氣 in the body, or True Qi, that can reveal to us our True Nature as unbounded Consciousness.  

This path isn’t about forcing energy to rise or chasing peak experiences. It’s about cultivating nervous system safety, opening the heart and surrendering into effortless action to allow the intelligence of the body and the Tao (which I relate to as the Divine Mother) to lead the process.

In my work, Taoist Inner Alchemy is approached as a living and embodied practice sourced from your Self, and not a rigid tradition . I weave it with modern nervous-system awareness, somatic healing, and my own lived experience of a consciousness-liberating awakening and OF COURSE, always with a big sprinkle of PLAY and FUN on our way Home to our True Nature. 

At its heart, Taoist Inner Alchemy is a remembering that when we stop pushing and start listening, the Tao naturally moves us back into wholeness.

In Spiral 1, watching the pre-recorded content, along with personal practice and attending our live calls and sessions will span between 35-40 hours. You can take 1-3 months for this depending on when you join and for which Spiral 2 you would like to participate in. 

In Spiral 2, whether it’s online or in-person, the time to watch pre-recorded content and participate in the live teachings, activations and practices will total about 45 hours. This is typically over 4 weeks for the online (with live sessions on Zoom over weekends) or 7 days in-person LIVE in retreat. 

In Spiral 3, watching the pre-recorded training, practicing and attending our support calls will be about 35-40 hours. This will span over the course of 6 months where the biggest piece of integration is you beginning to facilitate sessions for people! 

So in total, this facilitator training totals to approximately 150 hours over 9 months, including your hands on practice time with clients.
