How to Prepare for the TAA Journey

- Have a set up where you can lie comfortably on a flat surface like a yoga mat, mattress or a rug. Have some blankets close by if you get cold.
- If you have an eye mask, use it to deepen your journey as blocking out visible light lets you go more profoundly inward.
- Make sure you have headphones/ earphones for the most immersive musical experience. Wireless earphones are ideal so you don’t get tangled in wires. However if you only have wired earphones/ headphones, that will be totally fine as well.
